Our Story
In 2016, after working for a large accounting firm in New York, Adam sought to found his own Tax firm. He wanted the firm to be dedicated to small businesses and to provide the same customer services that large companies receive from bigger accounting firms. He also wanted the firm to be cloud-based, allowing him to work remotely with clients throughout the country. Adam believes that no matter where your business is in the country, you will be able to receive expert accounting help with his firm.
Lastly, he wanted his firm to be dedicated to the average person. Lobo Tax Pros, LLC was created to be a safe place for clients of all incomes, unlike other tax offices that prey on clients by taking a percentage of their refund. Lobo Tax Pros, LLC continues to set standards in the accounting industry.

Adam Gutierrez, EA
Founder/CEO & Tax Professional
Adam graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and holds the designation of enrolled agent (the highest credential the IRS awards). After working 6 years in the public accounting field, Adam sought to create his own accounting firm dedicated to providing accounting services at an affordable price, so he founded Lobo Tax Pros, LLC.
JC Forman
Bookkeeper/ Tax Preparer
JC has been studying business and finance for most of his professional life. he has experience helping in multitude of different businesses/franchises in daily operations and accounting services. he graduate of Mitchell Technical Institute in 2021, earning an Associate of Science in Accounting. Currently, he is attending Western Governors University’s online program to finish his Bachelor and Masters programs. Forman has worked for several local, private banks, franchisee owned hotels (management), and a predominant South Dakota tax firm in the past and has been excited to continue his growth and passion at Lobo Tax Pros, LLC.
